Large CNC Horizontal Boring & Milling -  5 1/4 Scharmann WF132 Horizontal Boring Mill w/4th axis capability.  Can Machine parts up to 40,000 LBS and up to 25 feet in length.  Equipped with brand new CNC 2007 Heidenhain 320 TNC Controls.
CNC Turning - 3 CNC HAAS SL-30 Lathes with Live Tooling and Tailstock capabilities.
CNC Vertical Milling - ALL VMC's are 4th AXIS ready and equipped.
CNC Horizontal Machining - Mori-Seiki SH630 HMC 4th AXIS equipped with dual pallet
Turnkey Fabrication - In house welding,  painting & sandblasting capabilities.  Material certifications and test reports are produced with every order for quality assurance purposes.

     We also offer pick-up and delivery to all our customers.  At Emergent MFG, we work with you to
       make sure your product gets done right the first time and on schedule.
