Emergent Manufacturing Systems was founded in February 2000 to offer emergency assistance to companies in need of getting their project done ASAP.  While still holding true to this ideal, Emergent Manufacturing Systems has expanded its operations to offer high-speed precision CNC services to several industries.

Capacity
Emergent MFG offers a variety of CNC machining centers, from multi axis dual spindle lathes with full C-axis contouring and 6,000 RPM Live Milling to 4^th axis Horizontal Machining capable of 630 I.P.M. feed rates.  Whether your product is .250 in diameter or 25 ft. in length, through our 9 CNC Machining Centers, we offer the variety you need to get your project done with minimal handling at a reduced cost. 

In House CAD/CAM Design & Programming
We use MastercamX2/X3 software in programming cutting operations for all of our CNC machines, as well as Solidworks for all of our solid modeling.  We are able to model a design from our customers print or import our customers design from their file to reduce modeling & programming time while ensuring maximum quality.
